Full Details of services provided by Cardiff City Council can be found at their website. This includes details of the Black and Green bins that arrived in Danescourt in August 2006 and the newer addition of food waste bins.

Bin day is Tuesday

• Refuse Collection (Black Bin) and Green waste/composting (Green Bin) collections are on alternate Tuesdays.
• Plastics, Glass, Paper, Card, Cans etc (Green Bags) are collected every Tuesday.
• Food Waste (Brown Bin) is collected every Tuesday.

Make sure you place your bags or bins on the kerbside before 6.00am on the day of collection, but no earlier than 4.30pm the day before.
Your waste will be collected on the same day each week but times may vary

Waungron Road Household Waste Recycling facility is available for anything that wont go in a black or green wheelie bin or a green bag
